It all depends upon the manager you work under. I was in the company close to 3 years. For the past 1 and half year everything were all good once my senior manager got changed partiality politics all started. They were people in the process who started buttering the managers by bitching about one another. It's not a safe place. If you go yes with the mangers when they are wrong, you will be in the good books of them and if you say no to the wrong what's happening then count your days very soon you will be thrown out.
