There is nothing to like about this company... The team leader, manager and HR should start a political party instead of working in sun knowledge.. the environment is very toxic... Manager team leader will only appreciate someone if he/she can satisfy them by buttering not by working... No appreciation for honest dedicated and talented people.

There is no job security... They can terminate someone for any reason. Example: influencing people against them. They have a lot of interest on employee's person life like what is he/ she doing on weekends and who is who's girlfriend etc. The company is very strict for employees. Senior will decide when an employee can go to washroom but for the TLs and managers the company is a romance park.. they don't follow any company policy and they make policy according to their convenience..
