I have been working here for more than a year now. The work culture is great and diverse. I like the ethics and etiquette which are maintained by the management and it reflects on the entire organization. I learned so much about medical billing under the guidance of my Team Lead. The job security is a big yes to work with this organisation. Growth depends on the devotion towards work and sometimes on your immediate supervisors and managers too if they like the way you put yourself on the work floor. It is also important to get noticed, only hardwork won't bring the glory but the smart work will.

Management has management issues. Starting from subject matter experts to senior manager many of them does little to nothing from there job responsibilities. IT department does almost nothing to resolve any issues. People with good understanding and leadership skills will have career growth only if they get noticed because hard workdoes not matter here if you even work less and are highly political and know how to play your cards right you will have good chance to grow.
