1. Product is world class 2. Availability of tools to quote/support customer 3. Good back end Engineering team, very supportive at all times

1. Bureaucracy and autocracy at mid management level 2. There a real patronizing nature of managers over here, leading to self doubt and poor job satisfaction 3. Poor execution of jobs in hand and push back from factory and projects 4. Extremely poor online learning opportunities (almost non- existent) 5. Sales people are treated like clerks and not allowed to visit customers

No new skill learning No career growth Monotonous work and very small part of whole process, so overall understanding of product is less and limited skillset used. Difficult to find job outside because of lack of multiple common skills. A lot of politics and favoritism typical Indian Company. Almost flat hierarchy so no scope to become TL and manager also old people are not leaving.
