Only work, no leaves, no holidays, manager will make u work on Saturday and holiday. Food is not good, no work life balance. Only office politics by diploma guys and ITI people's. They think they are owner of Sulzer Kharadi. Dont join. Never ever. No women orientated policies. No leaves too.

Dislikes

No new skill learning No career growth Monotonous work and very small part of whole process, so overall understanding of product is less and limited skillset used. Difficult to find job outside because of lack of multiple common skills. A lot of politics and favoritism typical Indian Company. Almost flat hierarchy so no scope to become TL and manager also old people are not leaving.
