Realy sorry to say, Sudhir Power Limited is well known company in north India, but the employees at thier corporate office Gurgaon are not highly educted or well technically qualified. In my four and half year tenure no amy type of training have been conducted. As far as job security is concern, i was. presumed in office that todaymight be the last day of my service and there are no carrier growth in first five years, employees who do buttering to thier boss got increment. Here highly profesdional/educated employee could not servive because the seniir most director of this company is simply B.com pass and Vice President of this company is just ITI passed. Employees who are working here since last twenty years, have a strong lobby and play a dirtly politics. The work environment here is pathetic, no commitment make honour, service is very poor, this organisatiin loosing there credability day by day. Even they are loosing business, as there own client not interested to award any order to this orgsnisation just due to unprofessional approach and lack of educated employesd. A creative/innobative employee will only loose his/her knowledge or ideas as there is no importance given to them. Here the HR department is worst than in any organisation, in the name of HR here is nothing, HR has no power to employee welfare and even they dont have right to even circulate internal mail....Read More

During appresal thier management make discrimination among few employee who are in minority, due to which those employees who did not get increment, switch over to other company frequently. Here the official decorum do not maintained among themself, peoples using harsh/ abuse words infront of seniors. No values given to highly educated employees who came from a sound or respected family.
