I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. All time POLITICS by old employees. Toxic behaviour.... A senior person in IDT team having very cheep thoughts, doing politics every time. Past 9 employee's job destroyed by him. 10th one is me. Reporting manager also involved in politics also against new employees. There is NEPOTISM, FAVOURITISM, BUTTERING. Strict timings also. Very bad admin staff. Peons behave like owner of company
