Team members are very much approachable and good in helping.

Dislikes

Work life balance is hell and on call support is for 24 hrs in weekend. Team members and some old mangers are good but management Is not good, never tries to retain people who are leaving and attrition rates are always high for which only freshers are hired due to 2 years bond.

Exceptional work environment, Work on cutting edge technology. I would recommend it for freshers, as you will be under very good training and mentors.

Dislikes

Hikes are very less (10-15% if you are a good performer). Some internal politics always during the hike cycle. Favoritism happens in some teams. Last year's hike is still due for April.

-There is job security because there is so much work and all senior people are leaving. But even after notice, they will try to extend your notice. HR policies and process is there. -you will get Telecom domian exposure

Dislikes

-Main problem in Tech team is that all old employees are leaving and there is no proper distribution of work. -Very low hike and lot of politics for promotion. If you work hard, they will give more work. -No focus on quality of code. Not like product company. Like IT service culture. Unrealistic deadlines, you will burn out fast.
