The kind of exposure that you get in regulatory affairs is high based on your capacity, but the work life balance is the worst, Don't expect any collaboration from the CFT in completion of tasks. Even if it's a 5 days a week-9 hrs per day work policy, you will be forced to work an average of 10.5-11 hrs and even on weekends. The salary and compensation is at par with the industry. Good policies are made by the management but the HR and department/team heads fails to effectively implement it into the organisation which results in a very bad work culture....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
