Has lot of potential for growth but few dirty minds are pulling the organisation down for their self interest. No work life harmony. Its a clear toxic culture and no psychological safety.

Nice people. All are pretty welcoming here. The work environment here makes employees feel connected and happy. They don;t want to leave because they;ve gotten used to the workplace, the people, and the management. The best part is that experienced employees are happy to share their knowledge and help new team members.
