It is not Good Place for girls, and I don't like selling going outside and selling their product. NOBODY is going to take product or if anyone wants it, NO guarantee of approving the card and customers call frequently about the status and we have no answer. No security, If we have to sell, there is no permission, we have do lots of things to get in sell. IF the card is not approved, the innocent customer who waits for the card. It's all gone! and there is no place in the office to have even lunch, we have to sit on the stairs ( Which made me so disappointed). Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
