Worst company I have ever seen. No proper work timings.Every day has to extend the work but they don't offer any comp-off.Micromanagement is at its peak. Have to be in call continuously during the working hours.They named it as a virtual room.Otherwise,people has to visit to office.

Dislikes

Everything. I suggest not to join here. No salary and career growth. Don't have much projects at their end even because of worst project management practices. Project managers don't have any knowledge how to plan and schedule the activities. They will change the policies whenever they want. No work life balance.

there work from Any where policy. even it is the worst part too as you guys will be micro managed like teachers manages the students in School but yet they are offering remote working to the employees so this is thee only thing i can recall.

Everything, its not a company its a torture house. the worst management , zero adaptability, dictatorship, Micro management at its peak, company vision is not clear.

The CEO of company involves in each and every activities with very junior level employees too and always do changes in processes. He has no clarity about what is the best way to achieve the target and try to run projects in his way. Over monitoring and tracking. No job security. Streebo is the best Organization of my journey here I have faced very few difficulties because the staff here is much supportive and they helped me a lot to overcome all my difficulties and problems while performing my task.

I like working with Streebo because during Pandemic it allow us to work from home and even after the problem got solved it allow us to work from anywhere so cause of that I can stay with my family at my native in my state.

Dislikes

It cannot be said as dislike that our senior are to demanding in work. they need the same perfection as we previously performed physically in office.

No learnings. The company trains employees in its own tools to build chatbots using Chatgpt APIs. Its like designing website through wordpress instead of coding. Company does have client work but everyone does not get opportunity to develop in client work. On top of that salary structure is terrible with deduction in name of variable pay. Only 4 fix holidays throughout the year and for rest of festivals there are optional 3 holidays Company does not provide medical insurance, no bonuses, increment only in January (that too after completing 1 year as full time) Overall there is no skill development here and no money.
