Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. The best thing about this company is that they can vanish over night without any traces

As you can see there are so many negative reviews for this company and there is a reason behind that I have left this company in 2023 and they still haven't settled my F&F, neither they gave me any relieving letter or anything that they are supposed to Last year they just vanished from hyderabad over night and there is no way to contact them again They are not even responding to emails So be careful and avoid this company at all costs This company have so bad reputation in the market that when they are hiring, they won't even tell their companies name There are obviously better options just avoid this one at all costs...Read More
