1.Appraisal / Promotion is very slow. 2.Recognization is very late. 3.No retaintion policy of employee. 4.Base salary level is too low as per market standard. 5.Unneccesary too many recruitment in unutilized sectors and lacking of manpower and investment where it actually needed. 6. Very less monitoring towards RM levels regd biasness / core value adaptation instead of only speaking those.
