Majority of the leaders are managers not leaders they do not have manners to even speak like finance directors and project management directors and managers i npm support teams.good leaders all either get big teams or go outside india and we are left with leaders in the name of managers. Better global opportunities for indian employees.

Promotion could be slow making the career progression slower. Peers don't put in the work needed which makes the load fall on efficient people in the team.

Positive side I see that an employee will learn how to design policy to cut cost in every aspect which is truly helpful. Decent salary paid for freshers. Annual perks also decent when compared to other CRO in market.
