Positive side I see that an employee will learn how to design policy to cut cost in every aspect which is truly helpful. Decent salary paid for freshers. Annual perks also decent when compared to other CRO in market.

For those of you who are financially independent and would like to spend time doing job. I would recommend labcorp. People who wish to have a good career better keep yourself away from labcorp. Experience gained through working in CLS is of no use or fetch a job in other companies. No job promotion, No employee retention policies, No market adjust to inflation.
