I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. You can easily manage work-life balance and usually don't feel pressure during work. Overall office culture is also fair.

Dislikes

You can't say NO to that client if they are asking for something you have to do in any situation. If a client is doing anything wrong, even if you know it's wrong, again you can't say NO to the client. Even if their clients don't have any idea about their job or assignment. Most of the project managers will not help you with assigned tasks, but few will try to help you. Career growth is very slow.
