During Covid 1st wave half of the trainers from the team were layed off by giving 1 month notice period. Which meant all of these trainers were remained unemployed for quite a long time, 6M- 1Y. Also 30% of the salary was deducted from April 2020 off the remaining teainers and sadly the deduction is still going on even after 2 years of First lockdown. There is no one in the organization to listen to the trainer's worries. All the trainers in the project are brilliant but sadly all of them are suffering till today. SLS says it is the client who has reduced the commercials. And trust me this is the worst client in the whole of automobile industry. If you ever get a call for a job from them, please think thrice, research well and then only join at your own risk....Read More

You can easily manage work-life balance and usually don't feel pressure during work. Overall office culture is also fair.

Dislikes

You can't say NO to that client if they are asking for something you have to do in any situation. If a client is doing anything wrong, even if you know it's wrong, again you can't say NO to the client. Even if their clients don't have any idea about their job or assignment. Most of the project managers will not help you with assigned tasks, but few will try to help you. Career growth is very slow.
