There is no career growth. Despite of continuous travel for 1.5 months as a sign of loyalty and dedication, the annual appraisal was only 3.5%. There is no work life balance. The training calendar is scheduled in a way when we have to train from Monday to Saturday and have to travel on Sundays. This is there till till the 25th - 27th of every month and web have to be in the area office in the balance number of days. Hence we don't have any time for our personal life. During travel, even to big cities, the per day lunch is Rs.400/- and even if we reach a destination in the morning, we have to fight for the reimbursement of both the lunch and dinner. Though being a lady trainer, I was made to travel in an RAC and a tatkal booking was refused and I had to travel when I was running viral fever. Non co-operation from the team which includes both the HR as well as the MD. When despite of relapses of viral fever my haemoglobin and no had gone low to an extent that I was even unable to stand for 10min, I was refused any kind of support and I was terminated from my services with immediate effect for the reason of my being absent from the base location, though when asked, I had submitted the proves of my prescence at the base location. When, in a pathetic physical condition, we require support from our professional team, we usually don't get one. So, my outstanding reimbursement, my relocation reimbursement for the month of August 2018, my last month's of salary i.e for March 2019 and the 3 months of salary in leiu of no 3 months of notice period, as per the offer and confirmation letter, have not been given to me till now despite of regular telephonic conversations and mailers.
