HR recruiting a manager without background verification, and this manager does nothing and torture his team members. (This manager, I am mentioning in particular, had been asked to resign and leave in his earlier companies for his unworthiness.) Very bad and stressful work culture. Bad higher management Working like servants to American clients, need to work on weekends, holidays and even on sick leaves to make clients happy. No work life balance, they will keep you under the stress and lots of micromanagement. Rude and unprofessional behaviour by higher management.

No growt, Bad appraisal, Lady Manager is toxic and pushes you in mental stress and calls you in late hours as she has no personal life of her own. Hybrid or WFH is not provided for valid reason but provided to her pets. No respect for previous experience and amateurs who are in organization are given preference. HR gives zero preference to employee benefits and sides with the toxic manager.
