There is no job security , before join the company there is bond of 2 month there is no buy out before join they will take cheque of your full month gross salary and after you will able to join , if you leave the company before one year at any reason they will deduct the check or your salary. And if your salary deduction they will give FNF , they will not mention on peper they deducted ,

Managers are unprofessional with lower IQ level and communication skills they eat Ghutka /tobacco entire day and use cell phones and watch Tv series movies All your performances are hidden from US team and appraisal is given around 500-1500rs which a dihadi can earn within a day Micro management is done at large scale.
