Management is blind. Company says it has transparent policy, but nothing is transparent except glass of company. Its not company. Its a high school. If you are master of doing 'Goody Goody' than only join this organization.

HR department is lacking in having a good HR head, which degrades the overall organisation’s image in the minds of employees Unbiased appraisal systems As the ones who does ji-hujuri is given more increments compared to the ones who actually work & deserve Also for four-six months every year, the timings are changed to 10:30 to 8, which may be quite difficult for female employees

Work was really good and got to learn a lot The only thing good about stemmons is the type of different works it gets from its clients But everything will be worth it only if the systems are proper and unbiased

Company was extremely nice and supportive . I had to resign as I wanted to go abroad otherwise I would have worked in the company till my retirement .

Nothing as such but I think promotions should be made faster not on the basis of experience but on the basis of talent and productivity .
