nothing. Their is discrimination against the candidate. The recruitment team should be fired immediately without any notice. The whole recruitment team i.e. HR Manager to recruiters are ill-educated. They make the offer to the candidate and then on the basis of not receiving fitness certificate from the hospital, they revoke the offer without any explanation to the candidate or showing him the fitness certificate. before applying for the role, the candidate had an experienced of 15 years in similar role.
