Working with Steag is a great experience. People here are very kind and generous. Everyone feel secure while working with Steag. I aways recommend people to work Steag. Its a great company for work. Steag use to give good hike but due to cost cutting they got reduced the hike. Everyone will get opportunity to grow.

At bathinda site work and family life balance very poor , and work culture is also very poor .management not support his junior and there is nepotism culture. That's why I am not recommending any one to join . 2. Company not give value to employees. 3. Oil grease work culture between managers and employee.
