Dislikes

Basically its a O&M company.. all other sites are good except Vedanta site. Vedanta's work culture is worst.. and immense pressure imposed on employee.. overall Steag is good company..but appraisal system should be based on slab wise and based on performance basis. Hope when it will be followed and applied then company's growth will be increased as manpowers are real assets for the company.
