Management didnt understand the pressure involved in high volume & shortage of team members to complete the task on time.

No incentive and no appraisal paper release date even after 9 months after rating. No client holiday. No incentive, some time received and management ask is it received on that particular month. No proper management, people can give promotion as they like managers choice. Appraisal given by manager not by us. Totally waste dont come if you are not in HCl.

Totally worst I have experienced in my career. I have lost my life by spending 8 and more years in the HCL organisation. There were nothing to like apart from my position since then which I got from my hardwork and efficiency.

Dislikes

Improper management and providing false commitment to employees. My whole life get screwed by spending my working career over here in last 8 years. Management didn't considered about my demand and needs. They are having separate set of people to rule with their bad ideas with power. It's totally ruined my entire life and family.

HR department never supports employees, it only makes decisions based on management. I don't know why we have a HR system here. Also company doesn't think about employees when in need even though the employee has given his/her best at hard times.

Bad Decision to Join, worst management ever seen in my 8 year of working. If you are going ask for better fix pay because incentive bonus is a scam there are end number of criteria which Superman will also not able to met. Means no incentive bonus at all
