Nothing is there to like. Worst company I ever worked. They will stretch you for 3 hours daily.

Dislikes

HR never ask for feedback of your Manager. Managers doesn't work , they put all work load on the lower lever workers. Very poor management. Stretchable working hours. Poor ratings they will provide you even you strech yourself for 2 to 3 hrs regularly.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
