Likes

Work environment was great and we get overall verticals training which was good for future career growth.

Dislikes

The work pressure is bit high sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours.I receive appreciations emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during appraisals.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
