There is No micro management. Feels good to work from office.

Dislikes

After migration of HCL and Syntel companies to making ONE Statestreet, company is facing attritions because the actual Statestreet employees weren’t promoted and hiked but they gave better salaries to hcl and syntel people. No proper promotions and market standards salaries are not changed yet.

Very very less employee benefit WFO policy is too much strict that employee leaving the company for this. Yearly hike is not even beating inflation. It's below 6% Not a good company for women to work No relaxation for expecting mother No relaxation for mothers having 2 years child

Just one work life balance. There is hardly any team which works more than 4-5 hours a day. Work is chilled out.

Dislikes

I think any quantum of words would fall short to describe how bad an organisation state street is. It in-houses politics at mid-senior and senior level management. Not an iota of transparency… Irrespective any kind of allegations on BAU head, there is no investigations and instead juniors have to face repurcussions. Pay pretty less. And there is a lot of firing and layoff culture.
