Only my senior manager. He was the reason because of which i left the organisation. Even for his own mistake, he used to blame his team.

1. VP/AVP hire their relatives or friends and remain close to them and promote them with good rating irrespective of their quality of work. Those people have easy access to AVP/VP any time. Other people are ignored and do not have easy access. 2. Seniors are good in flattering to get promotion even though they have no quality to become team lead. 3. There is no meaning of the team for seniors. They are focused on their own growth and career and no time to hear team members and address their queries. 4. No process at all for anything. Every month process/timeline changes as new thought comes in senior's mind. They want you to finish whole month's work in one day suddenly as their thoughts are changing continuously. 5. Seniors are themselves confused and have no clear idea to do any activity and they set-up call with whole team for time pass and confuse whole team. 6. Do not go by name of this team. Your whole work will be around reconciliations only where you will be only preparing/reviewing reconciliations (data entry), nothing else<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. There is no single accounting activity at all here, so no learning in any form</mark>. 7. You will forget everything you have learnt in the past and regret your decision to join this team or company where you will just be doing data entry job for which no specific knowledge is required. 8. No room to ask any question about anything, if you ask you will not be included in anything or excluded by VP/MD. 9. No work life balance at all. Even for such useless work AVP/VP want you to login on weekends to just show off their seniors because they do not have any plan for weekdays. 10. No team meetings at all at any level as they are working as individual contributor. 11. Seniors will force you to like random linkedin comment posted by their senior and keep track of it. 12. Your rating is already predecided by VP/AVP irrespective of your work. Their friend/relative get good rating & promotion and easy access to them and you get downgrade rating and it does not matter whatever you have done. 13. No one asks your feedback about your seniors or culture. Even survey from HR is just formality where you do not see any impact of it. 14. Work culture is toxic where no one listens, blame others for their mistakes, ignores ethical practices etc. 15. If you want to waste few years of your career without learning and frustrating then can join this team. 16. Not a single reason to join this team. At starting state it was very good,nice team they were very helpful in learning, but no growth in salary hike and poor bonous, more politics I have faced issue with my team leader who has come to team mid of the year and starts judging people.
