Excellent Work life Balance... The leaders empower you to take strategic decision as Bussiness Owners... The leadership roles stqrting from AVP and above are much broader compared to all the other organizations.

Dislikes

Their Bonuses comp are very much lower compared to market .. Thatis something that can be worked out.. No shift allowance for AVP and above.
