Co-ordination with colleagues is really awesome. Since I was new to this field my coworkers have been very supportive and guiding how to talk with customers , convincing them. I've learned so many things while working and I was really grateful working at SBI. It was my first job and I've treasure it the most .

As I was retired from SBI banks service on 31/01/2020 no impact of COVID-19 on me. SBI LOGO on my vehicle itself provides pass through routine checks during lockdown. Really indebted to Great Organisation.

Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.
