SBI is a behemoth in Indian banking scenario and that gets reflected in their client base too. The kind of client base they provide is unmatchable by any other bank or wealth management institutions in India.

Dislikes

The growth path for this segment is not really clear. While the nature of the job is contractual security is very high during the contract but what will happen at the end of it is pretty unclear. Also, there is no internal promotional policy for lateral hires in this department of SBI. One kinda may feel stuck after a while if (s)he is really ambitious about her/his career.

Work Details

Very good. The work life balance is very good here and that doesn’t mean everyone works less here. Everyone works very hard but because of the enormous clientele of SBI the job of a relationship manager becomes a tad bit easier.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)
