I don't like anything. I feel I wasted my life and should have done something fruitful.

Dislikes

Work life balance is very poor. HR policies of bank is very bad. Transfer postings are very biased and are not transparent.HR don't have any idea about employees suffering. Management is quite oppressive. More Focus is on third party products than core banking. I don't think new generation guys are going to fit in it. There's something called mental peace which seems to be null and void in this job....Read More
