It was a wonderful experiance working with SBI mainly due to its work culture. No doubt it is Pro customers and innovated its functionality with time which enabled it to compete with best Pvt sector banks.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
