Their working style is a combination of the formal and informal mix. Fellow colleagues are easily approachable You get help from the seniors regarding anything and it's a great place to learn. Friendly environment among the employees.

Dislikes

Employees are paid less with respect to the work they do. Top management, in simple words, doesn't respect their employees. There is no job security. Every other day you will feel threatened of losing your position. Most of the work comes at the last moment and the employees are assumed to finish it on that day itself.

Nothing to like about this shit organisation cheap people and the CEO Shishir Gupta is the worst person and i think he should shut down his company because he is not a good leader. This is my Life biggest mistake to join startuplanes.
