The CEO always talks politely and motivate you to work hard some times you will also be told that you are working for nation not for company. You are an economic soldier not just an employee and as a soldiers you should not work in working hours but also exceed your time limit so that you will learn more and help developing the nation

The salary is never given on time The CEO shows that he is very supportive and helpful but care about only profit and nothing else They intentionally create misunderstanding between employees So that they won't unite against management The full amount is never given. When you resign or fired they will hold the amount of 1 to 10 or 15 days which will never be paid. If they fire you they will say that mail us the resignation in email but not tell you to enter the date of resignation and after that they will fire you whenever they want but not tell you so you will work for them without knowing that you are not their employee anymore and this confusion will end up on the day when you will get salary. And after this if you ask HR that why you paid less HR will say that you are fired 10 days ago so if you say that I am still working and I was not told about this. Will I get paid for 10 days then HR immediately stop responding your msg and they will not pick your call. In that case you will not receive any experience letter from them also. If your salary amount is good you will be fired soon and they will mentally harass you so that you will be forced to think that it's your fault not their fault HR and senior management never fullfill their responsibility and duty and when client gets angry they throw all the blame to employee and force employee to work after working hours and also blackmail employee that your mobile number will be shared with client then you have to tackle client and in any case you are not allowed to say that you have workload or anything against the company to client If they don't want to fire you but you want to resign. They will not let you resign easily you have to give a very genuine reason that someone in your family has died or something like this otherwise they will not let you resign sometimes they might tell you that we will put you in jail and yes if you resign still you will not be paid the full amount that you deserve Working for this company will mentally disturb you and your personal life also

...statements and promises made all in future tense they believe in exploitation they make u work 24x7 and wont pay or pay very less amount ceo speak as if he will make this company bigger than google in no time everyone leaves this company as they are really horrible ceo and his hr are very fake and cause a lot of drama and politics this company has zero work ethics and very toxic work culture
