finds good support of Team Leads, and they also gives a good motivation for the work, also support when and wherever it is necessary. work life balance is good, if wondering to make a long plan for work, its definitely good option to join.

to get adjustment for the off sometimes goes very tough. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during the quarterly appraisals.

To be honest, my work is slightly challenging as i have to answer the client calls with their queries and try to resolve it on call. but i stay on my toes to give them the solution right away by maintaining all the discipline and company policy.
