In Startek (previously Aegis) most of the senior staff is cruel and do political effort to bow down each other instead of doing Good work .. e.g. Shivendra Singh, Mayank Dwivedi, Nitesh Rastogi....

They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
