Dislikes

Company should look at hiring and filling up open positions at mid and lower level. Instead, company is adding people at senior management level which should be avoided as company should focus on nurturing and providing opportunities to move up from with in the organisation.

Organization initiative of Employee retention by offering promotions and increasing the CTC to match the new employer offer is often misused by Employees thereby leading to discontent among employees who are loyal to the organization. Few Function heads expect employees to work around the clock, work on festivals, attend office on Saturday and Sunday (though they themselves opt for work from home on week days) without bothering about work life balance leading to health issues and discontent among employees, favoritism to few employees in work from home, promotions and ignoring the employees who actually deserve. Multiple initiatives taken/ activities conducted by few teams without even assessing the effectiveness, leading to huge unnecessary expenditure and a mere tick mark activity which do not really address business/ employee needs and concerns.
