People here are good and polite. The higher management is approachable. Management tries their best to keep the employees involved.

Dislikes

Favouritism prevails here. Appraisals are Biased and not skill based. Action taking takes time here. People do not revert to emails, instead after dropping an email one is forced to call them and informed. Women employees aren't given equal opportunities as compared to men

I have been working with the company since 9 years. I have seen drastic improvement in the work culture in this company. also , senior management team is very much approachable and transparent. Organization understands every emp issues and give resolution incase if any medical or personal issues.

Dislikes

There is no personality development training which gets conducted. Emp working in one department does not have any information of other department.
