Everything was there for liking everything was dislike purpose. The work culture was so bad the pressure was too bad, the TL was very rude and two-faced, the main boss was also rude.

Focus on innovation and technology advancement is not competitive enough and being managed through quick fixes, without long term vision. Objectivity is not aligned across the organisation.

Politics which is done by a bunch of people joined from other organization. They just want to showcase themselves. All the core projects where they will get the credit are kept with them while the other routine activities are left with other employees.
