No proper work timings, even ladies/girls need to work over time till 8:30 to 9:30 pm, Theres no work life balance this place is definitely not for married person Even management forces employees to work on weekends as well, Even for emergency leave if any of the employees took 3 continuous leaves without prior notice the management will terminate you And so called TL(team leaders) are worst of them all Even experienced like me faces struggle to survive coz of the pressure and politics played on floor No growth in this company Ground reality is worst environment to build a career...Read More
