They do partiality in a big manner especially in star health royapetta branch.bcoz of one lady(jhansi Reddy) all the staff are getting irritated. She is the worst character bcoz she will make struggles to spoil someone career.

I'm working in star health for 2years there are two department which I work is Agency care cell & Ace vertical(sales department they talk with agents & get business for activation). Food accommodation, incentive, bonus, birthday amount is fine.

Dislikes

Starting fresher salary is 15k no promotion, less hike in salary, target to achieve.

Unfortunately! I am not satisfied with star health, due to following reasons- 1. Company not giving that much salary to the employers as per their work. 2. Company not giving a single day leave for health issue in a month, if a single day an employer is on leave for any health issue or any other reason, company not giving the salaryor deducting the salary for that particular day. 3. There is no cab facility or transportation allowance company giving the employers. 4. Even there should be 2 week offs in a week but this facility is also not available. 5. Many times company deducting the money without any reason. 6. There is not food facility in the hyderabad zone office and in that building there is not a single canteen available. I AM REQUESTING TO THE HIGHER AUTHORITY OF THIS COMPANY, THAT WHEN YOU WILL THINKING ABOUT YOUR EMPLOYEES FIRST THEN YOUR CUSTOMER WILL BE SATISFIED. SOO FIRST GIVE HAPPINESS TO THE EMPLOYEE THEN YOUR CUSTOMERS WILL BE HAPPY ACCORDINGLY.
