I liked most the part of training how they trained each and everyone step by step

Company culture was too strict and no fix timing to go to home overtime daily not a single day only on daily more than 1-1.5 hours if I talk about shift timing that was 9:30-6:30 on but the manager never leave us on time they allow after 8 pm and using abusing words to respect for employees I have also seen there crying girls by scolding TL even they perform well no sympathy too rude behaviour

I don't like any thing in Star health in terms of working condition , in terms of carrier growth I rated 0

One of the worst company in which I worked, I am working in Delhi branch of star health near Mohan state metro station. The job was so hectic every seniors shouting on employees, The name of my TL was anubhav Mishra he was so pathetic guy he used abusive language, no canteen ,nothing good, nobody wants to purchase policy from star health because of higher premium

It was good overall in experience. But there are no job security the job is depending on your target achievements, the management department is ok, teammates r kind of supportive but the salary is always on time.

There is a lot of politics, the management didn't do anything for the employees entertainment bt they gave u too much pressure and salary is very low as they gave u more pressure comparably and they didn't gave u proper training the team leader r not suppotive
