Employee login business regularly then no one can interrupt and ask questions.

Dislikes

There is no HR process and if you are in trouble no one can support. Senior employee are deciding the rule and norms to run the organisation. No salary increments no leaves , even work on holidays.

I was joined Start Health on December 2018 I was work hard there also get promotion as senior Executive with in two years after second lockdown work increase but senior Management not appointed any new employees after few months senior Management started abusive lower and middle levle employees very critically . On the months of September 2021 I was not feeling well my was BP low an senior person come in office and Abusive me in local dashi style after few minutes my BP was getting very low I was lay down on the floor. My junior was get addimited me hospital neither my boss or anyone senior Management come to meet me in Hospital after that I was decided to change the Job.
