Nothing. I have spend 8 yrs in cards department deferent segment in standard chartered. But nothing to get growth. I have joined which band still is same.. Any other organization is automatically increase.

So many people recruit in higher level from axis, icici, hdfc... This banks are is in mass marketing... Not on segment marketing... Unethical pressure build.. And things are there banks close his own products from third party... I will tell you this bank going on city bank way... Within 3 to 4 yrs sell his all segment to other bank

Unnecessary urgency created for non priority things which impact deliverables. Clueless senior management trying all adhoc things at same time to improve numbers. Age old politics in Chennai office. Mid level management revamp required.

Cross team support is good..but depends on individual Bonus is good

Canteen is worst They are underpaying most of old employess with a margin of 30-40% Office politics is too much, ones who works gets more work. Leaders put their part on subordinates and scolde them only if something goes wrong rather than taking charge of it. Some teams are forced to come to office while others enjoyes wfh.

Work culture and seniors doing nothing. Even a simple MIS that they have to present they want that also to be made by juniors. Pathetic culture in some departments. 5 days official but need to work on 1st, 3rd and 5th sat. No overtime.
