Dislikes

It only implies on the 24*7 support employees . Rest teams are doing good. major issues are like NO skill development No employee wellbeing Getting less compensation and increments. Poor management. Lack of leadership

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
