The company is U stamp certified and having vendor registration with almost all big oil and gas industries. They work with all PMC like EIL, JACOBS etc. Good opportunity of learning projects management. There was immense pressure of work so learned pressure handling & client management. Top management is good from heart.

Dislikes

Lack of technical knowledge, poor fund planning & disbursement as per project need, management interfere in small activities, lack of technically qualified team, no ownership of work in team members. Top Management is good but need strong management below them & should trust them for betterment of organistion.

Work Details

Hectic, so much load. Responsibility ends to infinity. Once you perform & get appreciation from top management then expect no support from team & you will be responsible for any thing bad or not happening as desired.

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
