What i really dislike in SSH Engineering Consultant is immediately you completed a project, the H.R ask you to transfer to another sponsor or black list you at ministry of labour, SSH should emulate Gulf Consultant that help their workers even after their project relating to visa issues.

All most all old staff are rigid and orthodox. people are divide in groups.All new staff are (Sp. European) are bold and good people but due to old working culture they are helpless. working atmosphere is not healthy. salary is good. lots of internal politics in all the levels. lots of small issue by cast, language and doing systematically harassment by team leaders. i never give advice to any one whose who want to join SSH.
